Sparks Racing has been known to push the envelope of performance, design, and engineering for over 30 years. Sparks Racing has spent over a year developing the Revolution Clutch Kit for the Polaris 2016- Current XP/XP4 Turbo. Sparks Racing wanted to provide a complete clutching solution that finally helps resolve the belt and clutching performance issue that plagues the XP Turbo platform.

We left no stone unturned, and the result is a clutching package that truly changes the whole driving experience of the XP Turbo. The days of chasing unnecessary belt temperatures and slipping are over. When we started this project, we began testing and developing parts that would fit and work within the constraints of the stock clutches and belt. After months of testing, we learned we had to do more because we couldn’t get where we wanted with use stock clutches and belts. We have had so much success with the 1000 XP, and we wanted the same results from the XP Turbo.

The unique characteristics of the Sparks Racing Performance Drive Belt used in the Revolution Clutch Kit have created new possibilities both with belt durability and clutch tuning, which has completely transformed the XP Turbo clutching system and driving experience. Being able to retain the OEM clutches helps keep the cost down and makes sourcing replacement parts much easier than converting to aftermarket clutches.
