Quiet Exhaust Tip

Description

The Sparks Racing Quiet turndown is designed to replace the existing turndown tip of any of our Race Core (2” O.D. outlet diameter) exhaust systems. This quiet insert can reduce the sound level up to 2db which will get most of our systems down to about 100db under SAE testing guidelines. This insert is not applicable to our UTV exhaust systems or ATV Big Core exhaust systems.Many of our exhaust systems come in an outlet diameter other than “Race Core”, so please be sure to check the outlet diameter of your muffler before ordering. If your exhaust system has an outlet diameter under 2″, this insert is not applicable to your system.

****Note: Muffler packing is a consumable item and needs to be replaced periodically. Before installing any quiet insert, please insure your packing is in good working order.
